Midfielder Jeannine Molleda, from Clifton, Virginia, is a member of the 2015 Hofstra Women's Soccer program. The Hofstra Women's Soccer program will start the 2015 season on Aug. 21. The Pride return 16 players from last season's team that advanced to the Colonial Athletic Association championship game.

Hofstra was selected second in the preseason Colonial Athletic Association poll released on Aug. 12. The Pride earned 72 points, which was just three shy of defending league champion and preseason favorite Northeastern. In 2014, the Pride went 13-7-1 under Head Coach Simon Riddiough. In the current season, Hofstra will open the season by playing two nationally ranked teams in a three-day stretch. The Pride will oppose No. 6 Penn State on Aug. 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the PSU Invitiational opener and will then face No. 24 Rutgers on Aug. 23 at 2:30 p.m.
