Line-Ariel Bretous Wins First Place in Capital One Bank Entrepreneurship Challenge

Line-Ariel Bretous of Miami, who is majoring in finance, is part of a team that has won up to $3,000 in seed money to launch an energy drink business called Yo Healf! as part of an annual entrepreneurship competition.

Four teams of students from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business participated in the Capital One Bank Campus Entrepreneurship Challenge, in which mentors from Capital One help college students develop and implement ideas for small business ventures. The teams then present their business plans detailing costs, risks, operational schedules, distribution channels and target markets before a panel of judges. Previous participants in the entrepreneurship challenge have gone on to win regional, state, and national competitions, and have turned their proposals into successful businesses.
