Junior defender Sauni Davenport, a native of Kingston, Pennsylvania, is a member of the 2015 Hofstra Field Hockey Team. The Hofstra Field Hockey Team will begin its 2015 NCAA Division I season on Friday, August 28 against the University of Vermont at the Hofstra Field Hockey Stadium. The Pride return 19 student-athletes, including nine starters, from their 2014 squad that finished the season with a 12-7 record. Hofstra, a member of the Colonial Athletic Association, is coached by Kathy De Angelis, who is entering her 18th season as head field hockey coach for the Pride.
