Ignacio Martin-Gorrono of Madrid, Spain, Honored by Hofstra University Mathematics Dept.

Ignacio Martin-Gorrono, a Freshman who is majoring in Mechanical Engineering at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, was honored by the Mathematics Department at an end-of-the-year awards dinner on May 6, 2014.

Ignacio, a member of Hofstra's Class of 2017, is from Madrid, Spain. Ignacio was named a recipient of the Mathematic Department's Freshman/Sophomore Award, which recognizes outstanding mathematics students in their first or second year of college.
