Erin Reagan of Morgantown Honored at Hofstra University's Chemistry Dinner Awards

Erin Reagan of Morgantown, PA, a Biochemistry major at Hofstra University, was among the students honored for academic achievement by the University's Chemistry Department, at a dinner on May 8, 2014. This annual event brings together students, faculty and graduates of the program. Students were recognized by the department for academic excellence, and new board members were announced for CSI Hofstra and the student chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS).

Erin will participate in the ACS International REU Program at Strathclyde University in Glasgow Scotland. (REU stands for Research Experience for Undergraduates).

Alumni who were in attendance included graduates working in areas such as pharmaceuticals, patent law, academia, and for the EPA.
