Junior Bianca Derrick, who hails from Chatsworth, California, is a member of the Hofstra University Women's Tennis team in 2013-14.

The Pride will begin the season Saturday, September 21 when they host Rider University at the Hofstra Outdoor Tennis Center at 2 p.m.

The Hofstra University Department of Athletics sponsors 17 intercollegiate sports that compete at the NCAA Division I level as a member of the Colonial Athletic Association. Hofstra won CAA titles in volleyball, women's soccer, wrestling and softball during the 2012-13 academic year.
