Alyssa Ruggiero of Westport, CT, presented an original research project entitled "Forensic Accounting: Ripe for Emphasis" during Hofstra University's annual Undergraduate Research Day.

Ruggiero is majoring in Accounting, and graduates in May 2014.

Undergraduate Research Day is a culmination of months of advanced study, preparation, and revision by the University's brightest minds, who present senior projects in subjects ranging from biology and drama to geology, film studies, and business.
